Our bishop authorized our little troop to go to camp on Saturday and attend church services at Camp New Fork. The chapel was nice if not a little drafty, and the sacrament trays were rustic and maybe just a little unbalanced.
Later it dumped noggin-bruising hail down on us. It was hard to get any perspective on the size of the hail from the safety of my tent, but they were somewhere in between a dime and nickel in size.
Nothing like a little hail to start off a camping trip...
ReplyDeleteSo the hail was so large it blew your boot off?
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure boot-removing hail was one of the biblical plagues.
