Teeny Tiny Capitol

My Uber-talented Sister-in-law Heather has been experimenting with some tilt-shift techniques on photoshop. True tilt-shift photography uses selective focus to simulate a miniature scene. Tilt-shift lenses are really neat with pivots on two angles (the tilt and the shift).

Google Tilt-shift on the images, and you'll see a plethora of neat scenes that look like models.
